The Upsells page

The Upsells page lists every upsell with its type (Post Purchase / Thank You / Checkout), creation date, and status. From here you can create, edit, delete, and toggle upsells between Active and Paused.
  • Draft — created but not yet published (finish the wizard with Save and publish); never shown
  • Active — eligible to be shown on its placement
  • Paused — kept with all its configuration, but never shown

Priority: which upsell is shown?

For each placement, customers see one upsell per visit: the highest-priority active upsell whose trigger conditions match the order. Lower-priority upsells act as fallbacks — they’re only considered when higher ones don’t match. To control the order:
1

Open the priority manager

On the Upsells page, click Manage priority.
2

Drag and drop

Reorder the upsells per type. The #1 upsell is the one shown to customers when its conditions match — only one upsell per type can be the priority.
3

Save

Click Save priority.
A good pattern: put narrowly-targeted upsells (specific products, high order values) above broad catch-all upsells. The specific offer wins when it applies, and the generic one covers everything else.

Troubleshooting

Check Manage priority — the top matching upsell wins. If a broad “Any products” upsell sits at #1, targeted upsells below it will never appear for orders both match.
New upsells must be published (finish the Style step with Save and publish) and Active. Then check whether a higher-priority upsell is matching the same orders first.
