Storefront translations (what shoppers see)
In the Style step, the translations bar lets you maintain the offer’s text in multiple languages. Shoppers see the language matching their storefront locale; everyone else gets the default. Supported shopper languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Hungarian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.- Add language — adds a language tab to the editor
- Make default — switches which language is the fallback
- Enable/disable — temporarily turn a language off without deleting its content
- Remove — delete a language and its content
Standard labels (Subtotal, Total, Free, and so on) are translated
automatically for all supported languages. Your custom copy — titles,
paragraphs, CTA text — starts blank in a newly added language until you
fill it in; there’s no machine translation.
Admin language (what you see)
The dashboard itself has a separate language switcher on the Home page. It changes the app’s admin interface language only — it has no effect on what shoppers see. The choice is saved per store.Troubleshooting
Shoppers see English even though I added their language

Check the language is enabled (not just added), and that the
specific fields are filled in for that language — empty fields fall
back to the default language’s text.
I changed the admin language but my offer didn't change

That’s expected — the admin switcher only affects the dashboard.
Offer text is managed per-language in the Style step’s translations
bar.
