The Style step controls everything the customer sees, with a live preview on the right. Each funnel step (Primary, Secondary, Downsell) is styled independently — use the preview tabs (Upsell, Upsell #2, Downsell (if declined)) to check each one. An offer page is built from four sections:

Message

The header banner of the offer.

Upsell products

The product card(s) with pricing and buttons. Product cards show the discounted price with a strikethrough original and a SAVE badge, plus an optional quantity selector and variant picker.

Text block

A free-form Title + Paragraph with configurable color — use it for reassurance copy (“Ships together with your order”) or terms.

Image

Upload an image from your device (stored on Shopify’s CDN) and set its Image size (%).

Custom labels

The Custom labels section overrides the standard storefront wording. Leave any field blank to use the default translated label for the customer’s language: Subtotal, Shipping, Taxes, Total, Free, SAVE (use {{value}} for the discount, e.g. SAVE {{value}}), Loading offers, Variant picker label, Shipping % off label ({{value}}% off), and Shipping amount off label ({{value}} off).

Tips

The default 15-minute countdown hides the offer on expiry. Shorter timers increase urgency but give slow readers less time — 10–15 minutes works for most stores.
A CTA like Pay {{new_total}} now shows the customer their exact new order total up front — it converts better than a generic “Add to order” because it removes surprise.
Publishing validates that required fields (message title, CTA text, decline text, image) are set for every enabled funnel step — the error list names the section and step to fix.
