Three things must all be true:
  1. The Yuko Cart Drawer app embed is enabled in the theme you’re viewing (theme editor → App embeds). The dashboard’s extension card shows Active when it is.
  2. The cart’s Status toggle in the app is Active.
  3. Both were saved — the theme editor and the cart editor each have their own Save button.
If you recently switched or published a new theme, re-enable the embed there — app embeds are per-theme.
Check its toggle in the cart editor — every section has one. If the section shows a padlock (Timer, Announcement bar, Shipping protection), click Request feature and we’ll unlock it for your store.
You probably have a per-market override (or are missing one). Check the market overrides in the Promotions progress bar panel, and use the preview’s Previewing market selector to see each market’s version.
In AI mode, new stores may not have recommendation data yet — switch to manual products or configure complementary products in Shopify’s Search & Discovery app. Also check Hide if product is already in cart and the section toggle.
That’s the auto-managed product behind Shipping protection or Gift wrap — the app creates it to charge the fee and keeps its price in sync. Don’t edit or delete it.
The live preview updates instantly, but your store only changes after Save. Check for the save bar at the top of the editor — unsaved changes stay in the editor until you save or discard them.
Start with General → Roundness and the color theme. If something genuinely renders wrong in your specific theme, contact support via the chat — theme-specific tweaks are our daily bread, and we’ll adjust it for you.
The drawer supports Shopify subscriptions natively — plan names, prices, and frequencies show on cart rows, and shoppers can switch plans if you allow it. If your subscription app writes non-standard line properties, ping support and we’ll check it.
