The Timer shows a countdown in the drawer — “Your cart is reserved for 10:00 minutes” — nudging shoppers to finish checkout. Find it under Body → Timer.

Settings

  • Timer — the duration in minutes
  • Text — the message, with a Countdown timer shortcode that renders the ticking clock
  • Remove all cart items when timer ends — optionally empty the cart on expiry
  • Styles — background and number colors
Remove all cart items when timer ends is aggressive: shoppers who stepped away lose everything they picked. Most stores do better using the timer as a visual nudge only — leave this off unless you’re running genuinely limited reservations.
Around 10–15 minutes reads as believable urgency. A 2-minute timer feels like pressure; a 60-minute timer isn’t urgency at all.
Timer is a support-unlocked section. If you see a padlock, click Request feature and we’ll enable it for your store.
