Trust badges are small icons with short titles that answer the quiet doubts shoppers have before paying — “Secure checkout”, “Free returns”, “24/7 support”. Find them under Body → Trust badges.

Settings

  • Add badge — each badge has an icon (from the picker) and a Title
  • Icon size and colors under Styles
  • Show it under checkout button — moves the badges right where the payment decision happens
Three badges is the sweet spot. One is lonely, five is noise. Pick the three concerns your customers actually email you about.
Show it under checkout button is usually the stronger placement — reassurance lands best at the exact moment of hesitation.
