Work through these in order:
  1. Yuko Extension enabled? A red Not Visible badge in the Offers list means the app embed (or required block) is off in your theme — the app also warns after creating an offer: “To ensure the offers are displayed properly on product page, activate Yuko Extension in your theme settings.”
  2. Offer Active? Check the status pill; scheduled campaigns are inactive outside their dates.
  3. Targeting — does the product actually match the When to display… rule? Smart collections can surprise you.
  4. Overlap — if another active offer covers the same products, the editor’s “Oops! Yuko identified issue…” banner names the conflict.
  5. Eligibility rules — tag/spend/order-count rules only match logged-in customers; a logged-out visitor may be excluded by design.
  • Combinations: if the customer’s cart carries another discount of a class your deal doesn’t combine with, one of the two won’t apply.
  • Fixed amounts larger than the product price block the add to cart entirely.
  • For tiered offers, confirm the cart actually satisfies a tier range — and watch for gaps between ranges.
Check the Applies to: mode carefully — the two “except” modes (products / collections) invert the selection, and tag mode matches any listed tag. For bundles, remember When to display… (where the widget shows) is independent of the bundle contents or the eligible pool.
Widgets auto-mount at the add-to-cart form (the embed’s Mount selector, default form[action*="/cart/add"]). For exact control, add the matching app block (Yuko Discount / Yuko Bundle / Yuko Related Products / Yuko Upsell) to your product template — see the storefront blocks reference. If your theme’s form doesn’t match the default selector, contact support before editing it.
The page is created on first save and published only while the offer is Active. If you deleted the page in Shopify, re-save the offer — the app recreates it. See Build Your Own Box.
A draft AI Bundle seeded at install so you can explore the offer editor. It’s inactive by default — activate it, repurpose it, or delete it freely.
Impressions count only when the widget renders — the usual cause is the Yuko Extension embed being disabled or the offer not matching any visited product page. See Analytics.
Yes — quantity breaks, quantity discounts, and volume discounts have Customer eligibility rules (status, tags, country, amount spent, orders completed). Tag/spend/order rules require the customer to be logged in.
