# AI Bundle

> A bundle whose products are picked automatically from Shopify's product recommendations.

The AI Bundle builds itself: on the storefront it fills the bundle's
slots with **Shopify's product recommendations for the product being
viewed**, so every product page gets a relevant, automatically chosen
bundle. You define the slot count, the discount, and optional **fallback
products** used when recommendations aren't available (or are sold out).

<Tip>
  A draft AI Bundle named **Test Offer** is seeded automatically when you
  install the app — open it from the Offers list to explore the type
  without starting from scratch.

**Create it:** **Create Offer → Bundle → AI Bundle** (the highlighted
card with the magic icon). Tabs: **Offers block**, **Design**,
**Settings & Schedule**.

### When to display

Which product pages show the AI bundle:

The **When to display...** card decides which product pages show the
offer. Choose under **Applies to:**

* **All products** — the offer renders on every product page
* **All products except selected** — everywhere except the products you
  pick
* **All products except selected collections** — everywhere except the
  collections you pick
* **Products in selected collections** — only products in the selected
  collections
* **Specific selected products** — only the products you pick
* **Products with specific tags** — products carrying any of the tags you
  enter (comma separated)

For product/collection modes, type in the search field or click **Browse**
to open the Shopify picker.

<Note>
  The **Products with specific tags** option is available for quantity
  breaks, quantity discounts, volume discounts, and Related Products — the
  bundle forms don't offer it.

### Offer title

Same title field with eye toggle and horizontal-line checkbox.

### Number of products

The **Slots** field (allowed **1–4**, default 3) — how many recommended
products the bundle includes.

### Fallback products

Expand **Fallback products** to *"pick products the AI can fall back to
when it can't find a best bundle"*. Fallbacks are optional, but if you
select any, the count must equal the slot count — the form enforces
*"Please select {n} fallback product(s) (or leave it empty)."*

### Discount

**None**, **Percentage discount**, or **Fixed amount for each product**,
plus the **Value** field.

## Design tab

The same design system as the other bundles — 21 themes, layout, sliders,
colors, typography.

  Changes preview live in the **Product page preview** panel as you edit.

## Settings & Schedule tab

**Combinations**, then a reduced **Deal settings** (pricing display and
per-item options don't apply — each recommended product appears once):
**Add main item to the cart together with the bundle**, **Action**
(theme button / cart / checkout), **Footer text**, **Call to action
text**, and **Schedule**.

Under **Combinations**, control whether this deal stacks with other
Shopify discounts — **Deal combines with other store discounts:**

* **Order discounts**
* **Product discounts**
* **Shipping discounts**

Untick a class to prevent the deal from combining with discounts of that
class at checkout.

Under **Schedule**, choose how long the campaign runs:

* **Run campaign continuously** — the campaign runs until you deactivate
  it
* **Run campaign on schedule** — the campaign runs between the selected
  dates: set **Start date** and **Start time**, and optionally tick
  **Set end date** to add an **End date** and **End time** (times pick in
  30-minute increments; past dates are disabled)

    New stores may lack recommendation history. Select 3 fallback
    products (matching the slot count) — bestsellers work well — so the
    widget is never empty.

## Troubleshooting

  <Accordion title="The bundle shows different products than expected">
    That's the point — products come live from Shopify's recommendations
    for the viewed product, preferring in-stock items and skipping the
    current product. To pin exact products, use a
    [Fixed Bundle](/bundles-discounts/offers/fixed-bundle) instead.

  <Accordion title="The widget is empty on some pages">
    Those pages likely have no recommendations yet and no fallbacks are
    set — add fallback products (count must equal slots).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="It doesn't render at all">
    Check the **Yuko Extension** embed, the **When to display...**
    targeting, offer status (the seeded **Test Offer** starts as a
    draft), and the overlap banner.
